As all furniture is custom made, we will need a few days to deliver depending on the size and quantity of your order as well as finish touches. Delivery charges are not included in the costing provided online. This fee is and will be based on the proximity of your delivery address. We will deliver the goods you have ordered to the address you have provided. We aim to deliver your furniture within the times requested. These are quoted as the estimated time that we believe we can deliver the order to you based on lead times from our suppliers. If the circumstances of your order change, we will contact you. All deliveries will be pre booked and must be signed for. If you are out when our delivery team arrives, please can you arrange for someone to sign this off on behalf of you.
Payments and Deposits
- We accept cash and bank transfers.
- We do not operate on ‘a cash on delivery’ system
Every effort will be made to ensure that the goods you have ordered arrive undamaged and without defect. Unfortunately once you have accepted delivery, you are unable to return your furniture. This merchandise is made to your exact specifications and therefore we do not accept cancellations.
